Cheryl B. Engelhardt is a certified trauma-informed coach, keynote speaker, facilitator, two-time Grammy-nominated artist, and entrepreneur who has spent more than 15 years helping creatives, entrepreneurs, and leaders build lives and careers rooted in clarity, resilience, and sustainable success. Through her Rooted Results™ methodology, she blends nervous system regulation, practical systems, creativity, and humor to create transformational experiences that are both deeply impactful and immediately actionable.
She is the founder of the luxury Rooted Results retreat, the Amplify coaching community, and In The Key of Success, where she has coached thousands of creatives around the world. Cheryl is also the creator of the Luminary Journal and founder of the Luminary Arts Foundation, dedicated to providing funding, programming, and creative spaces for emerging artists.
Cheryl’s music has amassed more than 5 million Spotify streams and has been featured in Forbes and People, and on Grammy.com. She has performed with Sting and Pentatonix and brings a unique blend of artistry, neuroscience, strategy, and storytelling to every stage. With a background in comedy and years of keynote speaking, Cheryl has presented at conferences including SXSW, ASCAP Expo, and ACDA, and at universities across the country. She serves as a governor of the Recording Academy New York Chapter and chair of contemporary/commercial repertoire for the American Choral Directors Association Eastern Region.
