Christina Chan is the owner and operator of Choy Division, an organic diversified vegetable farm growing Asian heritage crops in the black dirt region of Chester, New York, and the farmer training program coordinator at Glynwood Center for Regional Food & Farming.
Christina is also a cofounder and organizer of Choy Commons, a nonprofit focused on advancing Asian American and Pacific Islander food sovereignty within the Northeast, that has built an aggregate wholesale purchasing program and aggregate CSA. She is a graduate of GrowNYC's Beginning Farmer Training program and is an alumni of Glynwood's Hudson Valley Farm Business Incubator.
