Cristo Bowers is the author of The Evolution of the Human Energy Field and Humanity’s Ultimate Destiny (coauthored with David Winfree), as well as The Menorah: Symbol of the Human Energy Field. Cristo has devoted more than 30 years to studying the human energy field, spirituality, and consciousness and has been teaching classes and workshops throughout the United States since 2007, often leading immersive two- and three-day events.
His journey began in 1996 with meditation, which led to the awakening of his intuition. By 2009, Cristo had developed clairvoyance, enabling him to study the human energy field directly. Since 2009, he has conducted thousands of readings, continually refining his intuitive and clairvoyant skills to explore the human energy field in greater depth and clarity. Cristo shares the transformative insights that he garners from his work to deepen understanding of the evolution of consciousness and to support the spiritual development of those he teaches.
