Emma Estrela is a breathwork facilitator, lucid dreaming guide, and global lead trainer with the Wim Hof Method Academy. Her work weaves together breath, consciousness, and dreaming in a way that invites participants to enter the deeper currents of their inner world with courage and curiosity. Influenced by Tibetan (especially Bön and Toltec) dream traditions, she views the dream state as a sacred doorway into healing, intuition, and the unexplored dimensions of the self.

As an adoptee, Emma has spent her life listening to the subtle movements of identity, belonging, and the unseen forces that shape us. Her journey into lucid dreaming became profoundly personal when her mother appeared to her in a dream less than three weeks after her passing. In that moment of lucidity, knowing she had died, Emma became awakened to the shimmering boundary between worlds, discovering a depth of guidance and love that transformed their understanding of consciousness.

With more than a decade of experience teaching breathwork, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation, Emma offers a grounded yet spiritual approach that honors both the science and mystery of the human experience. She has mentored instructors worldwide and supported thousands of individuals, including veterans and those processing trauma, helping them reconnect to inner safety, resilience, and the luminous wisdom within.

Known for her warmth, humility, and authenticity, Emma creates supportive spaces where participants can explore shadow and light, integrate the symbols of the dream world, and awaken to the deeper truth of who they are.
