Gabriel Kaigen Wilson, founder of Freedom & Fairness, is a facilitator, executive team coach, and Zen monk specializing in radical collaboration and adult development. He works with Fortune 500 executives, global nonprofits, foundations, and government agencies to navigate complex collaborative challenges.
Gabriel holds a master’s degree from Stanford University in Policy, Organization, and Leadership Studies (POLS) with advanced study in adult developmental psychology. He served as a lecturer at Stanford for the Designing Your Life program, teaching design-thinking principles for personal and professional development.
He is coauthor of Compassionate Conversations: How to Speak and Listen From the Heart and Waking Up & Growing Up: Spiritual Cross-Training for an Evolving World.
