Jenna Cain, DPT, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, integrative wellness coach, and former Division I athlete who blends neuroscience, movement, fascia-focused therapies, and mindset work to help women break free from chronic pain and fatigue. Her approach is designed to rebuild resilience, restore energy, and reconnect women with a deep sense of confidence and control in their bodies.
With more than 16 years of clinical experience—primarily in pediatrics—Jenna integrates brain-based movement, fascial and lymphatic techniques, visceral work, dry needling, and breath practices to support the nervous system and optimize long-term wellbeing. She believes that true healing happens when the body feels safe, and her work reflects this philosophy through a compassionate, stepwise approach to reducing inflammation, healing the gut, restoring hormones, and strengthening the brain–body connection.
Through her training with the Human Garage and certification in the Enlifted Method, Jenna has developed a unique ability to help clients uncover and release the emotional stories tied to physical symptoms. Her sessions combine hands-on therapy with language, mindset tools, and nervous system education, empowering women to understand what their bodies are communicating and how to respond with clarity and confidence.
As a former collegiate soccer player and mother, Jenna deeply understands the physical and emotional demands that can pull women away from their energy, their strength, and the activities that once made them feel alive. Her mission is to guide women back into alignment—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through private coaching, workshops, and her signature programs for women and children.
Jenna is also a passionate educator. She co-created and facilitates the Human Garage Children’s Program and contributes to the pediatric curriculum at the University of Dayton. Her newest professional development series, Empowered Educators, equips teachers with practical movement, breath, and mindset tools to reduce stress and improve self-regulation, communication, and emotional awareness in the classroom.
