Jerry Hill is a movement coach focused on helping people build durable bodies they can trust, without grinding themselves down.
In 2014, Jerry won the CrossFit Games and was named the “Fittest on Earth.” At the same time, his body was breaking down. He woke up stiff and sore, stairs hurt, and daily life felt heavier than it should. That contrast forced a shift in how he understood movement and training.
Instead of pushing harder, Jerry learned how to recode movement, restore posture, and rebuild durability—so he could move freely again and return to the things he loved without pain.
He brought this work to hundreds of people at his gym in Alexandria, Virginia, many in midlife and feeling worn down by their bodies, and watched them regain confident, pain-free movement without forcing or overtraining.
In 2023, after 16 years, Jerry closed the gym and moved this work into retreats, workshops, and online spaces, where he continues helping people reconnect with their bodies and move with confidence in real life.
The work Jerry teaches at Omega is exactly what he used to rebuild his own body, and what hundreds of others have used to do the same. A former Marine, lifelong athlete, coach, and father, Jerry is now 59 and still plays outside daily.
This is his life’s work—sharing what actually holds up.
