Kelsey Moro, L-CAT, BC-DMT, RYT-200, received her master of arts in clinical mental health counseling with a specialization in dance/movement therapy from Lesley University in 2019. She has worked at multiple grief organizations across the country facilitating individual and group grief support services for children, teens, and adults. As a board-certified dance movement therapist and licensed creative arts therapist, Kelsey’s approach to grief includes movement, creative expression, and an emphasis on the mind-body connection. 

Kelsey is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and received her Advanced Grief Yoga® Teacher Certification with Paul Denniston to further her exploration of the embodied elements of grief through movement. Kelsey is a certified grief and loss provider with Claire Bidwell Smith, and attended the Dougy Center International Summer Institute as a part of her grief training.

She shares her Flowing with Grief® movement practice with retreat participants to engage in grief processing through the body. Kelsey is the founder of Riverbend Grief Movement LLC.
