Lihi Benisty is a somatic guide, breathwork facilitator, movement researcher, and poet whose work centers on how we inhabit our inner world. With more than 15 years of experience in embodied inquiry, she weaves movement, breath, and narrative exploration to support individuals in developing emotional resilience, inner safety, and a deeper relationship with the self.
Lihi is the author of The Self, Reframed, a book of poetry that examines the thresholds of identity, healing, and becoming. Her teaching is grounded in her core framework, also called The Self, Reframed—a model that threads together four pillars: the body, the breath, personal narrative, and the relational field.
Lihi has guided international retreats and educational programs blending breath, movement, sound, and inquiry to reconnect individuals with their innate wisdom. Rooted in a long devotion to the body, Lihi teaches through curiosity and poetic inquiry—guiding others to meet themselves exactly as they are, with dignity and care.
