Lynn Rossy is a health psychologist, author, mindful eating expert, and yoga teacher. Her book The Mindfulness-Based Eating Solution: Proven Strategies to End Overeating, Satisfy Your Hunger, and Savor Your Life, describes practices in her evidence-based, 10-week mindful eating program called Eat for Life. She has taught Eat for Life to participants around the world since 2007.  

In 2021, she authored Savor Every Bite: Mindful Ways to Eat, Love Your Body, and Live with Joy, named one of the best books of 2021 by Mindful.org. She is the president of The Center for Mindful Eating, a nonprofit organization that trains professionals and educates the public about mindful eating. She teaches Kripalu and Energy Medicine Yoga at alleyCat Yoga Center in Columbia, Missouri. She leads international retreats and workshops on mindfulness, mindful eating, and yoga. She is the executive director of Tasting Mindfulness, LLC.
