Marissa Perkins is the owner of Creative Roots Studio and a full-time, self-taught metalsmith and artist. Her art is inspired by the moon, mountains, and everything in between. She has been sharing her passion and guiding others in the discovery of working with fire and metal since 2021. Each piece of art and workshop is rooted in curiosity, connection, and a deep love for the natural world.
In addition to her work at the bench, she is a mom, an avid outdoorswoman, forager, and hiker.
