Melissa Krikorian

Melissa Krikorian, PT, MPT, CFRT is a physical therapist with 25 years of experience and a Cortical Field Re-Education® (CFR) trainer. She co-led a Professional training in Cortical Field Reeducation with Harriet Goslins and leads multiple 4-day events across the country using the most current neuroscience research to inform how she works with groups and private clients to restore physical function and emotional ease.

Melissa integrated her biomechanical expertise with compelling, current pain research to develop a breakthrough process of addressing injury. She uses the most recent neuroscience research to inform how she works with groups and private clients to restore physical function and emotional ease.

Using a biopsychophysiological approach, her work invites the ability to embrace and navigate uncomfortable or unknown spaces that cause suffering. Her material teaches students how to access habitual movement patterns through curiosity and developmental exploration, self-regulate the nervous system, and move into new ways of interacting with others from a “True Self” versus an “Adaptive Self” rooted in injury and injurious cultural experiences.
