Nick Werber is a writer, educator, and integrative coach whose work bridges somatic practice, family systems, and the lived experience of family outsider roles. A board member of The Focalizing Institute, he trained for nearly a decade with its founder, trailblazing somatic psychologist Dr. Michael Picucci, and carries forward his legacy through teaching and practice.
Nick’s approach is trauma-informed and somatic-based, helping people reconnect with their body’s wisdom and move from survival patterns toward authenticity and inner belonging. Through The Focalizing Institute, he has trained hundreds of practitioners in more than a dozen countries to integrate somatic approaches into their work with clients and communities.
Drawing from additional training in Systemic Family Constellations with Suzi Tucker, Dan Cohen, and Emily Blefeld, Nick’s teaching weaves together a multigenerational lens on healing—illuminating how intergenerational and cultural patterns intersect with the barriers we face.
Nick’s teaching has been featured internationally through The Embodiment Conference, Maha Rose center for healing, and the MyWellbeing network. His writing and videos on belonging, trauma, and healing have reached more than 50 million people on social media.
