Nicki Sizemore is the leading voice bridging together mindfulness and cooking. As a trained chef, she’s spent more than two decades in the food industry working as a recipe developer, educator, and cookbook author. Her fourth book, MIND, BODY, SPIRIT, FOOD: Adaptable Recipes and Grounding Meditations for Preparing Meals with Joy and Intention, will be released in 2026.
Nicki currently publishes the MIND, BODY, SPIRIT, FOOD newsletter and podcast, where she shares mindfulness practices, rituals, weekly recipes, and more to bring intention, ease, and joy into the process of cooking and eating. On her podcast she interviews acclaimed chefs, food writers, scientists, spiritual leaders, and others about the intersections of food, culture, identity, health, and spirituality. She also publishes the From Scratch Fast blog and teaches intentional cooking classes online and at events nationwide. Her work has appeared in publications such as The Washington Post, Parents, Better Homes & Gardens, Real Simple, Eating Well, and Fine Cooking.
