Nzinga’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in nursing science from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in nursing education from Drexel University. She is also a certified hospice and palliative care nurse. She has worked as a clinical manager and clinical educator in home care, where she cared for severely ill and handicapped patients, many of whom relied on life support or mechanical ventilation in the home setting. With more than 19 years as a registered nurse, Nzinga combines professional expertise with personal experience to create compassionate, holistic spaces for those navigating the end-of-life journey.
