Ofosu Jones-Quartey (Born I) is a meditation teacher, author, and hip-hop artist whose work bridges mindfulness and creative expression. A longtime practitioner in the Plum Village tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, Ofosu teaches meditation on the Balance app and has led workshops and performances at centers including Spirit Rock, Omega Institute, and the Insight Meditation Community of Washington.
He is the author of Lyrical Dharma: Hip Hop as Mindfulness and creator of Komorebi, a Buddhist-inspired album exploring compassion, presence, and liberation.
