Peter Lovatt, known worldwide as “Doctor Dance,” is a psychologist with more than 20 years of academic research on how movement transforms the brain, body, and lifespan. A former professional dancer, he created the STEP framework (Social, Thinking, Emotional, Physical) used by global organizations, including Google, National Health Service, and the BBC. Dr. Lovatt is the author of two books: The Dance Cure: The Surprising Science to Being Smarter, Stronger, Happier and Dance Psychology: The Science of Dance and Dancers.
