Rochelle Schieck

Rochelle Schieck has traveled around the world as a student and teacher, leading more than 4,000 movement classes, training hundreds of Qoya teachers in 20 different countries, and taking women on more than 100 retreats worldwide on six different continents.

Rochelle has been refining the practice of Qoya-inspired movement as an embodiment practice that nourishes and supports remembering our essence as wise, wild, and free. Her main passions are the depth of wisdom and compassion of heart that emerges from embodied presence. During her retreats, participants also enjoy the intentional focus on reverence for the natural living world with ceremonies that support deepening intimacy with self, other, nature, spirit and life.
