Sarah Berry is a professor in nutritional sciences at King’s College London and chief
scientist at ZOE Ltd. She is the lead nutritional scientist for PREDICT, the world’s largest in-depth nutritional research program studying metabolic responses to food in 200,000-plus people. Sarah has been an academic leader for more than 35 human nutrition studies since 2000.
