Sonali Fiske is a leadership consultant, story architect, speaker coach, and TEDx speaker who helps women and historically underrepresented voices transform lived experience into powerful ideas that shift culture and conversation.

For more than a decade, she has coached emerging and established speakers, authors, entrepreneurs, creatives, and thought leaders to uncover the deeper message within their stories and bring their ideas to stages, organizations, and wider audiences.

As the former executive producer and curator of TEDx Delthorne Women, Sonali produced and curated three TEDx events in Los Angeles, including two recognized among the most racially and culturally diverse TEDx events in the nation. She has worked behind the scenes developing speakers and ideas for the TEDx stage, with a particular commitment to expanding whose stories, ideas, and voices are given the microphone. Her work sits at the intersection of storytelling, leadership, identity, and cultural change, with a particular commitment to stories and perspectives too often pushed to the margins.

Sonali is also a writer, facilitator, and producer whose work explores the power of story not simply as a vehicle for self-expression, but as a means of challenging inherited narratives, generating new possibilities, and changing what we believe is possible.

She believes our most powerful ideas are often already living inside the stories we have yet to fully understand.
