Steve Farrell is the cofounder and worldwide executive director of Humanity’s Team, a nonprofit based in Boulder, Colorado. Humanity’s Team was founded in 2003 and is dedicated to education and global community-building initiatives. It provides streaming programs, classes, and resources focused on personal growth, conscious leadership, and social impact.

Under Steve’s leadership, Humanity’s Team has grown to reach more than 1.5 million people across more than 150 countries. The organization hosts annual events and creates educational programs in collaboration with global thought leaders, including Global Oneness Day, an international celebration of human connection and shared values. Before founding Humanity’s Team, Steve was an entrepreneur living in Silicon Valley, cofounding and leading two successful technology companies recognized on the Inc. 500 list.

He later transitioned from the private sector to nonprofit leadership, focusing on public service and global engagement.
