Experience a blending of acupuncture and massage designed to promote relaxation and well-being. This soothing session begins with passive stretching to open the meridians.  Needles are then gently inserted into 11 points that work together to balance the organs of the body and promote relaxation.  After the needles are removed, the session closes with massage of the head and neck, and either Tui Na or myofascial massage of the back. No prior acupuncture experience is needed. Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.

Zero Balancing feels refreshing from the inside out. After listening to your goals, your practitioner evaluates and balances key areas throughout the body, first with you sitting, then lying face up, fully clothed. Zero Balancing can help relieve body aches and pain, release restrictions in movement, and provide lasting relief from emotional distress to improve overall quality of life. The name “chakra” is the Sanskrit word for "wheel." Chakras are used to describe the way energy “moves” throughout the body. Treat your energetic body to a session intended to help raise your vibration, increase your awareness, and connect your mind, body, and spirit. Energetic focal points can become depleted or overactive from excessive stress, negative thought patterns, and trauma (physical/mental/emotional). Having your chakra system rebalanced and aligned can leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

The energetic vibration from crystals can be used to realign, and direct the flow of energy within the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. Integrated Energy Therapy is a profound, nurturing, and gentle modality that can support you in safely releasing limiting energy patterns and blockages that were created in this lifetime, as well as those that were brought into this life from past lives. Negative or traumatic experiences, stress, suppressed feelings, fear, anger, and resentment can limit and disrupt the natural flow of energy in our physical and energetic bodies, creating blockages that can cause exhaustion, a feeling of unrest, agitation, or dis-harmony. IET uses a unique cellular memory map that focuses on specific areas in the body where cellular memories are held. Once life force energy begins to flow freely, you may feel more balanced in the present, and live with greater peace, harmony, joy, and an increased sense of well-being.

A power animal provides guidance, strength, and protection to an individual. Many Indigenous cultures and shamanic practitioners believe that everyone has access to this kind of animal-spirit relationship. During this empowerment initiation, a connection to an animal ally will be activated and a pathway for maintaining that relationship going forward will be forged. There will also be an opportunity to seek direct guidance from this spirit companion. After this kind of shamanic session work, people often report improvements in self-confidence, clarity, and centeredness and express a greater sense of safety and ease. Session includes a power animal retrieval and a shamanic drum journey and debrief, followed by a scaffolded visualization to integrate and anchor the energy. Strong visualization skills are recommended.

Our wellness concierge can easily book treatments around your Omega schedule. All appointments are arranged to ensure that you have plenty of time to get to and from your workshop and meals, plus enough time to participate in daily open classes and evening events.

Yes, arrival and departure days can be a great time to schedule Omega Wellness Center services.

For your convenience, we reserve specific Omega Wellness Center appointment times for our R&R guests. Appointment times include, but are not limited to: 2:15 p.m.-5:15 p.m., and after 7:00 p.m.

Most of our wellness services are offered in 50- or 80-minute increments. Please see individual service descriptions above for more information.

We recommend that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure that you receive your entire session and have time to fill out all required paperwork. We are unable to make up for lost time if you arrive late.

We have several Wellness Center annex locations on our campus. When booking, please be sure to note the location of your appointment. Your appointment location is also noted on your printed itinerary.

Your session begins at the time of your appointment. If you are running late, our practitioners will gladly provide you with the remaining treatment time. Unfortunately, we cannot make up for lost time. We encourage you to plan accordingly so that you are able to receive your full session.

Some of Omega's wellness services recommend special attire. This is noted on your printed itinerary. Otherwise, loose, comfortable clothing is most commonly recommended.

All wellness services require a standard Intake and Release form, which you can fill out when you arrive for your session. Some of our services require more detailed intake information. Please ask for an Intake form at time of booking, or arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your session to allow time to fill it out.
