Explore self-inquiry, meaning, and what it means to be human in the age of AI with Elizabeth Winkler and Sunil Mehrotra.

What are you ready to birth into the world? Elizabeth Winkler invites you to join her and Sunil Mehrotra to explore what it means to be human in the age of AI.

This forward-looking, experiential retreat invites you to explore meaning, inner clarity, and a more authentic relationship with yourself in a time of rapid technological change. While AI provides a frame, this workshop is about what it means to be human.

Through guided self-inquiry, AI becomes a mirror—not a teacher or authority—helping illuminate patterns, assumptions, longings, and deeper questions while wisdom remains rooted in your own conscience, embodied knowing, and lived experience. Original tools including InnerGPS, quadrant mapping, and card-sorting exercises help make your inner landscape more visible and navigable. You leave with greater discernment, self-understanding, and grounding for showing up in an age of AI.

Find a renewed relationship to your own inner compass. You take home a new understanding of how a tool of the future can be used in service of something timeless: the search for truth, wholeness, and the deeper self.

Who Should Attend? This workshop is intended for reflective adults, seekers, professionals, creatives, and spiritually curious people who want more than inspiration alone. It is for those who sense that beneath the noise of modern life there is something quieter, wiser, and more essential waiting to be heard. If you are facing a transition or weathering a storm in life, we create grounding and safety to explore uncertainty. The retreat is the beginning of a deeper exploration that you will be able to take with you.

What You Experience

Learn through guided meditation and body awareness, reflective writing, card-based inquiry, paired conversation, small-group sharing, whole-group dialogue, and periods of reflective silence.

Elizabeth Winkler leads grounding, meditation, and embodied practices that help participants listen inwardly. Sunil Mehrotra guides the conceptual frame and reflective inquiry. Teaching is brief and accessible. The emphasis is on direct experience, personal honesty, and shared inquiry rather than lecture or prescribed belief.
