Our internal waterways—from blood and lymph to interstitial and cerebrospinal fluids—nourish every cell and form a body-wide system of connectivity. In this Continuum retreat guided by Elaine Colandrea, Megan Bathory-Peeler, and Continuum teaching faculty, you explore the ecology of the human body through breath, sound, and fluid movement sequences designed to rejuvenate the body and awaken your unique expression. Discover the relationship between the waters within us and the many expressions of water in the natural world.
Who Should Attend? All are welcome. Any age from 15-16 and up, up, up! Children must be accompanied by an adult on campus. Any level of physicality, wellness, or health. Everyone moves in a way that is appropriate for them—whether they are an elite mover or paralyzed.
