Transcend suffering and attain fulfillment through the teachings of nonduality (Advaita Vedanta), guided by Swami Sarvapriyananda.

Who am I? What is God, exactly? What is the purpose of life? How can I find permanent satisfaction, permanent happiness—if that is at all possible? How can I overcome sorrow? What is this universe which we see spread out before us?

If these fundamental questions of human existence feel alive for you, then this course of study is for you.

Join Swami Sarvapriyananda for a 3-day retreat exploring the "Dṛg Dṛśya Viveka"—the discrimination between the seer and the seen. Through this 46-verse text, participants follow a simple question to its profound conclusion: Who is it that sees? The eye sees form, the mind sees the eye, and behind the mind is the ever-present witness—pure awareness, unchanging and free.

Who Should Attend? All are warmly invited to join this retreat.

What You Experience

Participants sit with this ancient text as Swami Sarvapriyananda teaches it—with rigor and warmth held together in equal measure. This is a retreat of careful looking: an invitation to examine what is already true of one's own experience, and to let that examination itself become the ground of understanding. The quiet time of shared study, silence, and reflection is a fitting way to let such a text do its work.
