Why do tai chi practitioners experience longevity, inner peace, and inner power? With Tai Chi Easy™, developed by master teacher Roger Jahnke, it’s easy to discover why.

A mind-body practice that combines gentle exercises, breath practices, self-massage, and meditation, Tai Chi Easy honors the beauty and traditions of tai chi, and simultaneously distills the essence and principles of tai chi as a health and self-care practice for our modern times.

The Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader Certification Training is a step-by-step program that teaches you how to share simple qigong and tai chi in communities, schools, faith institutions, hospitals, and social service agencies. Throughout the week, you explore why the slowly performed movements and practices have so many health-enhancing effects.

You also learn to:

  • Share the principles of tai chi
  • Explain and demonstrate easy tai chi movements
  • Create practice sessions for any population

Anyone interested in this ancient healing modality, including health-care professionals, can learn to share it with others.
