Guided by Vince Sauter and Charlessa Thatcher, you blend easy‐to‐learn medical qigong techniques with chosen tai chi exercises to learn techniques that the ancient healers knew, including:

  • Simple movements to enhance lymphatic flow, stay flexible, and strengthen weak muscles and joints
  • Self-massage to reduce joint and muscle pain and boost the immune system
  • Meditation and visualization for clear, focused thoughts
  • Breathwork to reduce stress and regulate the nervous system

Please note: These practices are adaptable to any level of ability, and can be done while sitting, standing, or even while lying down.
