Lianne Bridges, founder of Designing Transformation Productions, is an inspirational speaker and workshop leader whose personal mission is to help people discover their life’s purpose. Gifted with the ability to help others reignite their passion, she encourages us to find our deeper calling in life to be happy and attract great prosperity.

Bridges believes that when we are connected to our purpose, we harness the power to transform our world. She helps people revamp their lives through meaningful work, allowing individuals, social entrepreneurs and change leaders to make a difference doing what they love while aligning with their highest potential.

After receiving classical MBA training at the prestigious Rotman School of Management, Bridges garnered thirty years of experience working for Unilever, Nabisco, United Technologies, Plan International and other world-leading multinational and not-for-profit organizations. An entrepreneur, Bridges spent the past eighteen years starting and leading a variety of highly successful ventures.

In 2009, when her husband died of cancer, she was left alone to raise her two small children. This crisis was a catalyst for her to redesign her life. She wanted the freedom to look after her children, do work she loved, and make a difference in the world. Bridges drew on her business experience helping organizations define their long term vision and strategy and incorporated the wisdom and spiritual practices she used to transform her own life. Through Designing Transformation Productions, Bridges developed a process to help others discover their true calling, step into service and prosper with ease and joy.
