Pam Lozoff

Pam Lozoff is a trained social worker and yoga instructor who specializes in holistic youth development as a means of fostering physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. She is also the founder/director of Spirit of Youth Yoga, a nonprofit that aims to build social-emotional skills, community, and leadership with youth and the change-makers who work with youth.

Lozoff has nearly 10 years of experience in youth development and four years of yoga teaching in alternative settings. Her experience has spanned teaching in juvenile hall settings, group homes, and therapeutic day schools through The Art of Yoga Project and Niroga Institute.

After turning to yoga through her struggles with anxiety, depression, and an eating disorder as a teen and in her early twenties, Pam Lozoff has made it her life’s work to share these healing practices with youth, service providers, and caregivers to move individuals and communities toward wholeness.
