Ingredients

Slaw Ingredients
6 cups red or green cabbage, cored and shredded (about 1 cabbage)
1 carrot, shredded -
Dressing Ingredients
2 limes, juiced
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 ripe avocados, mashed
Directions

Place cabbage and carrot in a large serving bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Stir in the mashed avocado until you get a creamy consistency.

Toss cabbage mixture in the large bowl with the dressing. Serve at room temperature or chill for an hour and then serve.
