RHINEBECK, NY – Omega Institute for Holistic Studies today is announcing that Racquel “Rockie” Joseph has joined Omega to lead an inspired learning experience across Omega’s digital properties to better support and expand its global community of learners. Joseph brings more than a decade of brand and marketing leadership advancing the work of purpose-driven organizations, and will partner across the organization to accelerate digital innovation.

This newly created role will help Omega grow our digital content and online learning initiative by leveraging technology to deliver rich, immersive educational experiences virtually. In addition to her expertise in driving digital content, Rockie brings a deep commitment to championing accessible education for learners invested in building a better world, ” said Carla Goldstein, president and chief executive officer at Omega.
Prior to joining Omega, Joseph led high-performing customer experience, marketing, content teams at technology and learning and development start-ups serving brands, publishers, government, and executive leaders across sectors. Joseph most recently served as chief experience officer at Kindred, a membership community that specializes in preparing C-suite leaders for the future of sustainable, socially responsible business.

Joseph serves on the board of the New York City Anti-Violence Project, an organization dedicated to empowering the LGBTQIA+ and HIV-affected communities to address and end all forms of violence. Joseph holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing and Journalism from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.
