Elayne Fluker is author of Get Over 'I Got It,' How to Stop Playing Superwoman, Get Support and Remember that Having it All Doesn't Mean Doing It All Alone,” in which she blends compelling research, practical exercises, and inspiring stories of more than a dozen women who share how learning to accept support changed their lives. As she says, “Having it all doesn’t mean doing it all alone.”

As a speaker and executive coach, Elayne has facilitated more than 200 workshops globally for Fortune 500 corporations and organizations, including Hewlett-Packard, the United Nations, Columbia University, NYU, Forbes, Howard University, Spelman College, LinkedIn, the Essence Festival, the Women Presidents Organization, and more.
