Dr. Erika Siegel, ND, LAc, is a naturopathic doctor, acupuncturist, mom, and health educator. As founder of Nourish Me, she offers whole-bodied health care and inspiration to thrive.

She did her doctoral studies in both Western and Eastern medicine at the National University of Naturopathic Medicine, and is a lifelong learner, continuously honing her skills to include knowledge and therapies from around the globe, from ancient practices to modern conventional medicine. 

Dr. Siegel believes that the body has an inherent ability and desire to heal. She works alongside patients, encouraging them to take an active role in their health. Maintaining the balance of mind, body, and spirit is the foundation of her philosophy. Combining the tools and wisdom from East and West, she offers truly holistic health care.
