Grege Morris is the founder and chief executive officer of The Grege Group, a coaching service specializing in the energetic healing modalities of Usui Reiki, the methodology used to tap into universal intelligent life force energy that connects us all. As a master Reiki healer and intuitive visionary coach, she offers clients an intuitive path to holistic well-being. In her quest to uplift others and give back during COVID-19 pandemic, she created The Grege Show, a live, interactive show hosted on Instagram.
Since a child, Grege has possessed an advanced gift of intuition. Always seeking to better understand her personal gifts “beyond the veil,” she has found herself on a lifelong spiritual quest. As a successful entertainer and fashion model living life in the arts, she coupled healing and sharing her positive energy with clients and organizations around the world.
At the peak of Grege’s career, her life shifted dramatically after falling very ill to a near-fatal bug bite and not one, but three near-death experiences. During this time, she found the answers to her healing through prophetic dreams. These experiences led her to an awakening through which she was given a vision and ultimately guided to become a Reiki healer. She has found her calling through practicing and teaching principles of clean living, fitness, meditation, prayer, and Reiki healing.
Grege’s unique personal empowerment approach combines years of self-discovery and experience to inspire individuals and professionals to be the best version of themselves. Ultimately, all that she does is intended to empower people to learn, grow, heal, and do the work that it takes to reach their full potential.
