Jo Ann Levitt, MA, RN, HTP, (Atma) designed and taught many of Kripalu’s original programs and compiled Swami Kripalu’s biography and teachings in the book, Pilgrim of Love. A nurse, healing touch therapist, and metaphysician, Jo Ann works at Canyon Ranch in the Berkshires, guiding past life regressions, tarot card readings, and offering hands-on energy healing. She has written more than nine books, including such works as Sibling Revelry, Channeling the Sacred, Awakening to the Power of Source: Your Guide to Co-Creating with the Divine, and most recently, The Spiritual Path of Aging.
