Kathleen Kraft

Kathleen Kraft is a Kripalu-certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT), RYT-500, a writer, and a poet. Her articles, essays and poems have appeared in many publications and journals, including Yoga International, Yoga UOnline, Embodied Resilience Through Yoga, and What They Bring: The Poetry of Migration and Immigration. She has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize twice. 

Kathleen has a deep and abiding love of yoga nidra. Yogic sleep, as it is commonly known, helped her prioritize rest and align more consistently with her sense of purpose. She loves sharing this gift of integration, restoration, and wisdom with anyone who is seeking self-nourishment.
