Mirjam Madhuri Paninski is an EFT master trainer, meditation teacher, writer, and researcher whose work integrates trauma-informed approaches with embodied spiritual practices. She is the founder and CEO of the Open Consciousness Institute and serves as lead trainer at EFT Universe, where she has developed tapping techniques that explore ancestral and intergenerational patterns.

Paninski's work focuses on trauma, anxiety, inherited beliefs, and the relationship between emotional healing and spiritual awareness. Her doctoral research and accompanying book project examine perinatal trauma and narratives surrounding pregnancy and birth, particularly among BIWOC (Black, Indigenous, and women of color), including the historical legacies of slavery within the U.S. medical system.

Having practiced meditation from an early age in ashrams and meditation centers around the world, Paninski brings a longstanding interest in contemplative traditions to her teaching. She has taught at Omega Institute, California Institute of Integral Studies, Brown University, Smith College, and the University of Vienna.
