Regan Stacey is founder of The Forest Therapy School, where she teaches people how to guide mindful walks with nature as a pathway to healing self, others, and Earth. Acknowledging both the entanglement and enchantment of our times, Regan embraces a celebratory ecology that invites us to slow down and awaken our senses to the sights, sounds, and scents of the world.
Guided by a calling to bring humans and nature together for the betterment of ourselves, our communities, and our planet, she invites people to awaken the forest within, to renew their relationship with Earth, and to live more fully into their aliveness from a place of grounding and belonging.

Regan holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and a master of fine arts in visual studies. Her interest in worldviews has led her to pursue a master’s in philosophy, science, and religion from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. She is qualified to teach mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) through Brown University and is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher through Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach (MMTCP). She is certified in Buddhist Eco-Chaplaincy through the Sati Center for Buddhist Studies and is a 200-hour yoga teacher.

As an artist at heart, Regan continues to express her creativity through art making, poetry and writing, and in the many ways she serves. Collectively, she calls her work The Earthsong Project and remains ever grateful for the collaborative process of bringing forth a more beautiful world.
