Reggie Earls works as staff relations assistant director in Omega's People andCulture Department. Reggie supports the cultural experience of working at Omega through staff development trainings, programming, and events that make Omega a great place to work. Reggie's role at Omega has recently expanded to include furthering Omega's JEDI (justice, equity, diversity and inclusion) initiatives within the organization and beyond.

Before joining Omega, Reggie worked for many years in the social work field with a focus on youth and families. Outside of Omega, Reggie serves as a council member on the Town Board of Woodstock, New York and is an active vocalist and musician in the Catskill/Hudson Valley region.
