Roxy Manning is a licensed clinical psychologist and a certified Nonviolent Communication (NVC) trainer and assessor. Her experience as an Afro-Caribbean immigrant, her academic training, and professional work fuel her passion for supporting social change at the personal, interpersonal, and systemic levels.
 
Roxy works to end racism and to build community. She delights in helping opposing voices hear each other and see past individual hurt and struggles to identify and find ways to dismantle the structures that contribute to those challenges.
 
Roxy is the author of How to Have Antiracist Conversations and the companion workbook coauthored with Sarah Peyton, The Antiracist Heart.
