Terry Hasty, MS, is vice-president of MindSpring Consulting, Inc.—a leadership development firm offering workshops and intensives nationwide and from their campus in Asheville, North Carolina. In 2015, Terry and her husband and partner Haydn expanded their vision with the creation of WellSpring Wellness Center, followed by TruthSpring™, Inc., a center dedicated to transformation through spiritual realization. Haydn and Terry have developed a unique methodology that reveals the missing piece in life's puzzle—consciousness. Drawing from 15 years of study of the work of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother, they create a learning environment that is both profound and practical.
Terry studied human resource development in London, England, and has facilitated educational workshops in Europe. She develops and facilitates programs for women in leadership, teams, education faculties and corporate groups. She holds a bachelor’s degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and a master’s degree in human resource development from Western Carolina University.
