What's a typical day at Omega like? Before or after your scheduled workshop hours, you’ll have plenty of time to rest, rejuvenate, or be in community as you explore the amenities of our beautiful Rhinebeck campus.
Omega's daily open classes in yoga, tai chi, and meditation are designed to help you relax and unwind. Whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner, Omega's daily open classes have something for everyone and offer a variety of practice styles.

Omega Center for Sustainable Living (OCSL) Tour
The Omega Center for Sustainable Living (OCSL) is an environmental education center and natural water reclamation facility built to meet the highest standards currently available in sustainable architecture. It is the first green building in America to achieve both LEED® Platinum and Living Building Challenge™ certification.
