Limited Mobility & Accessibility
Omega's campus is lovely, but it’s also large and hilly. Please contact our Service Coordinator at 877.944.2002, ext 181 before registering so we may better accommodate you.
Wheelchair accessible accommodations are available. We also provide golf cart rides and other assistance. Also, please see the Dietary FAQ.
Children & Teens
Children must be enrolled in our Children's Program or supervised by a babysitter (see below). Children cannot attend workshops with parents.
Although Omega warmly welcomes children, there are some guidelines that help support the best experience for everyone. Children and infants are not allowed in workshops (see Family Week for special circumstances), and must be accompanied by an adult at all times when they are not in the Children’s Program.
The Children's Program begins May 31 (available on weekends only after August 30). It is open to children ages 4-12 who are fully toilet trained. You must register at least 7 days in advance; space is limited. The Children's Program includes outdoor adventures, sports, nature study, arts and crafts, and games.
The Children’s Program is located in the fenced-in cottage near the Dining Hall. Please drop off children before normal workshop hour sessions (9:00 a.m.–Noon; 2:30 p.m.–5:00 p.m. most days) begin, and make every effort to pick up all children promptly at the end of your workshop session.
Parents staying on campus who choose not to use Omega's Chidren's Program, or who are bringing children younger than 4, must provide their own babysitter, who must be at least 16 years old. Babysitters pay adult accommodations fees.
Teens 14 and older may enroll in a workshop with faculty and Omega's approval. They pay full tuition and adult accommodations fees and must attend Omega with an adult. Requests must be made through Registration at least four weeks before arrival.
Children must be housed with their parents. For Children & Teens Accommodations, please see All-Inclusive Stay. For an Omega experience specifically designed for families, please see Family Week. Questions? See our FAQ or call 877.944.2002.
