Speaking Bravely About Race & Yoga

Speaking openly and bravely about race and the challenges of bringing yoga and mindfulness to the Black community can be difficult. So Omega and the Yoga Service Council created a space where participants of the 2017 Yoga Service Conference were able to do just that.
