Join Miranda Esmonde-White—host of the long-running PBS series Classical Stretch and New York Times best-selling author—along with her team of master Essentrics® trainers for a weekend of education and science-based workouts that leave you feeling younger, healthier, and ready to live a pain-free, vibrant life.

Essentrics is a program of stretching and strengthening which several published scientific studies have shown can reduce pain, make you stronger, and help you feel younger. Essentrics offers zero-impact dynamic workouts that rebalance your body's range of motion through combined smooth, full-bodied, easy-to-follow movements set to inspiring music. It is a healing program that helps relieve pain by stimulating your body's natural healing mechanisms.

You learn to:

  • Improve your range of motion, alignment, and posture while relieving chronic pain

If needed, personalized modifications of exercises are provided by Miranda and trainers during the group fitness classes.
