In a society that doesn't always accept you for who you are, you may find yourself hiding or acting in certain ways to please others or keep the peace. You have roles to fulfill, and you don't always feel safe to express all the parts of yourself in all the spaces you inhabit.
This weekend is a time for you to welcome and honor the parts of yourself that you don't always let out to play. What are your truest desires? What do you really want out of life? What emotions have you ignored or suppressed?
Through yoga, movement, writing, meditation, silence, dialogue, and walks in nature, we touch the spaces inside of us that we've been neglecting. We learn to make peace with and fall in love with the facets of ourselves weʻve been hiding for possibly our entire lives. We learn to listen to and accept ourselves and our desires more deeply to make better aligned choices in work, relationships, health, and finances.
