Artist and visionary guide Flora Bowley believes creative expression, intuitive wisdom, and personal freedom are intricately connected and offer a soulful way back to our human aliveness.

If you're seeking to reignite your creative spark and nurture the parts of yourself that make you feel the most alive, this retreat offers a safe and encouraging space to connect to a deep well of creative practices, a loving community, and the remembrance that you were born to create.

Through a soulful blend of hands-on intuitive art practices, gentle movement, free-form writing, breathwork, visualization, and community connection, you learn to:

  • Find your creative courage
  • Let go of perfectionism
  • Drop into the present moment
  • Nurture self-acceptance

Flora's gentle approach to the creative process is perfect for anyone willing to show up with an open and curious heart. No previous experience necessary.

The practice of creating teaches us to value ourselves for showing up and believing that our contribution is worthy and that this feeling of aliveness is worth the risk. This is how we learn to trust ourselves as capable creators in the world, and this is how we get back in the driver's seat of our own lives.
