Elaine Colandrea in a Continuum movement exercise

Explore a somatic movement workshop for those who desire to live artfully, enhance their approach to creative expression, and cultivate self-agency.

Learn more about how the movement practice of Continuum helps you to discover ways to bring creativity to the forefront of your actions.

Center yourself in somatic practice and enliven your awareness with the breathing, sounding, and fluid-movement meditation practice of Continuum.

Together, we explore the expression of movement within our bodies and our world. Creativity is an inherent process in our biology. Continuum helps us to discover ways to bring it to the forefront of our actions. This approach can unfetter self-imposed habits and restrictions, as well as those that are imposed upon us.

Movement practice sessions include periods of silent reflection and options for self-directed art making, including gesture drawing, writing prompts, and creating contemplative visual compositions.

This workshop is for everyone, with or without prior movement, meditation or artistic experience, as well as for all those who are curious about a life lived more freely—expressing ourselves as "living art."

Please note: Teachers and schedule are subject to change.
