Toby Sola helps you create a feedback loop between your meditation practice and your ability to make the world a better place. So the more you meditate, the more effective you are in the world. And the more effective you are, the deeper your meditation practice becomes.
Start by learning to gradually extend the out-breath to last one minute. This significantly slows your physiology, which in turn settles the mind. Then, focus on exercises that integrate mindfulness into everyday experiences, such as:

- Being trustworthy in relationships
- Clarifying your core values
- Your career
- Everyday love and gratitude
- Dealing with pleasure and pain
This 5-day workshop includes all the support you need to do practice effectively: lecture, guided meditation, question-and-answer sessions, time in nature, poetry readings, delicious food, plenty of time to sleep, daily movement practices, and perhaps most importantly, a sense of community. You leave this retreat with friendships based on shared values and growth.
