In this Buddhist summer camp for grown-ups, take time to unplug, meditate, play, and reconnect with nature, community, and your own spacious heart.

Kathy Cherry invites you to take a more carefree approach to Buddhist practices and reconnect with your sense of play.

Remember summer camp—the sense of discovery, new friends, fresh country air, and nights under the stars? We're bringing that spirit to a long weekend of Buddhist-inspired practice.

Think less "strict retreat" and more "come as you are"—a relaxed space for meditation, meaningful conversations, and a splash of camp-style fun.

Josh Korda and Kathy Cherry weave timeless Buddhist teachings with contemporary psychological tools for self-understanding and nervous-system resilience, offering practical ways to bring mindfulness, compassion, and embodied awareness into daily life.

Expect guided meditations, contemplative and somatic practices, breathwork, silly games, and campfire-style storytelling—plus time to wander in the woods, rest in the sun, and notice how awareness shows up everywhere: in laughter, in silence, and in connection.

Whether you’re new or seasoned, if you're ready to unplug, ignore your inbox, and reconnect with spaciousness and wonder, this retreat is for you.
